Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 received One UI 4.1.1 firmware with Android 12L operating system

Samsung continues to send Android 12L software to foldable smartphones.

This time, the update came to the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 generation model before last. The 2020 flagship received the Android 12L operating system along with the company's One UI 4.1.1 firmware.

The update brings an updated taskbar and adds quick launch multitasking gestures. The fresh One UI 4.1.1 also improves search in the My Files app, expands wallpaper customization options and adds text extraction with the camera.

The update for the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 is already available in Europe. Firmware number F916BXXU2HVHA has been released in Germany. The new version of One UI 4.1.1 brings a security patch for September 2022.
