The Ukrainian Armed Forces are testing the Ironclad robot at the frontline. It is an unmanned ground vehicle manufactured by the Ukrainian company Roboneers.

Here's What We Know

Ironclad is a robotic ground platform equipped with a thermal imaging camera and a ShaBla M2 combat turret. The testing of the robot in real combat conditions was reported by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov.

The minister described Ironclad as a revolutionary product of engineers from the Ukrainian company Roboneers. It can reach speeds of 20 km/h and has an armoured carapace that provides protection from small arms.

Ironclad weighs 1800kg and can carry up to 400kg of payload. The aforementioned ShaBl M2 turret is equipped with a large calibre machine gun. When the generator is connected, the maximum range of the combat robot is 250 kilometres.
