It's official: realme C55 with NFC and Dynamic Island, like the iPhone 14 Pro, to be unveiled on 7 March

Realme, after weeks of rumours and leaks, has announced a launch date for the new C55 budget smartphone.

Here's What We Know

The device is expected to be unveiled next week - March 7, according to the manufacturer's Indonesian website. The gadget will sport an NFC element for contactless payment like Google Pay and boast of Dynamic Island support like the iPhone 14 Pro. Realme will call it the Mini Capsule. It will display battery charge, notifications etc.

The device will also come with a 6.52-inch 90Hz FHD+ LCD display, MediaTek Helio G88 chip, 5000mAh battery with 33W charging, USB-C port, 64MP + 2MP primary camera, 8MP front-facing camera, and 4/8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
