It's official: Redmi 12C with MediaTek Helio G85 chip and 50 MP camera will be released outside China on March 9
Xiaomi unveiled the budget-friendly Redmi 12C smartphone in China in early January and is now preparing the novelty for a global market release.

According to Xiaomi Indonesia's official page, the Redmi 12C will debut outside China on March 9. That is on Thursday. Presumably, the novelty will not be any different from the model for China.

The gadget will get a 6.71-inch HD+ display with a drop notch for a 5-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, there will be a camera unit with two 50 MP + 2 MP modules. The novelty will also have a MediaTek Helio G85 chip, 4/6GB RAM, 64/128GB ROM, a memory card slot, microUSB charging port, a 5000mAh battery and a headphone jack.
In China, the Redmi 12C is priced at $100-130. In the global market, the price will be slightly higher.
