We have already written that in two days the Russians, fleeing the Kharkiv region, lost more than a hundred pieces of military equipment. Some were destroyed, but quite a few weapons were captured and will soon be used against Russia itself.

Institute for Foreign Policy Studies analyst Tob Lee wrote on Twitter that the Ukrainian Armed Forces captured a Russian Tornado-G multiple rocket launcher. It features an improved fire control system that uses satellite navigation.
The Tornado-G has been fielded twice. First, in 2011 it was reported that 36 systems were delivered, after which the Russian Ministry of Defense had to deny this statement. The MLRS finally entered into service in 2012.
The multiple-launch rocket system has 40 rocket launchers and uses a variety of projectiles of 122 mm caliber. Depending on the type of ammunition, the maximum range of fire is from 20 km to 40 km. The fighting vehicle is equipped with a 210 hp engine and can reach up to 85 km/h speed.
