With just over a week to go until Avowed's release, more and more information about the game will be released online. The game's director, Carrie Patel, previously revealed that the game will run "up to 60 FPS" on Xbox Series X, and we've recently received a little more detail on the game's performance on consoles.
As Obsidian Entertainment continues to develop its highly anticipated role-playing game Avowed, director Carrie Patel has shared information about the team working on the project.

Obsidian Entertainment has officially confirmed that Avowed will have a 60 fps option on the Xbox Series X console. Earlier, the studio noted that the game would run at 30 fps, as, according to it, a single-player game "doesn't necessarily need 60 fps".

Shawn Layden, former chairman of PlayStation Worldwide Studios, suggested that Microsoft's multiplatform strategy could be successful, similar to Sega's approach after its exit from the console market. He noted that the release of games on different platforms can reduce the "missed opportunity" effect (FOMO), which is usually used to attract players to a particular ecosystem.
