Following the Galaxy A52s: another Samsung A-series smartphone began to receive Android 12 update with One UI 4.0

Samsung recently started updating Galaxy A52s up to Android 12, and now it has released firmware for another device of this series.

What is known

We are talking about the Galaxy A42 5G model, which debuted on the market in 2020. The firmware received build number A426BXXU3CUL9 and smartphone owners in Poland have already begun to receive it. The system will also be available in other European countries soon.

As for the list of changes, the proprietary One UI 4.0 shell has become the main innovation of the software. Oreceived a slightly updated interface, redesigned widgets, easier access to emoji, animated stickers, an updated set of visual effects for recharging, an improved Samsung Health app, advanced user interface settings, and much more.
