Guerrilla Games has promised to release an update for Horizon Forbidden West that will fix various visual problems.

Horizon Forbidden West is out now on PS4 and PS5 to critical acclaim, but the game's release didn't quite go as planned. Fans have noticed some visual issues in the game and luckily Guerrilla Games is aware of them and is working on a fix.

In a post on Reddit, the studio thanked fans for their feedback, saying the team is working "vigilantly" to resolve issues. The developers have said they intend to release the update "as soon as possible", though no specific date has been announced.

In the meantime, Guerrilla asked fans to continue using the PlayStation support forums to document any issues they encounter and report issues in as much detail as possible so the team can address them.

“We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. We are doing our best to explore all the secrets of the Forbidden West as quickly as possible, ”said the developers.

Horizon Forbidden West was released on February 18 on PlayStation 4/5. The game started well and has already become second most played game on PS5, second only to Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
