Rumor: Quantic Dream should show its new fantasy game Dreamland at Gamescom 2022

Renowned gaming journalist Tom Henderson reports that Quantic Dream is scheduled to show their new game at Gamescom 2022.

Quantic Dream has only officially announced development of Star Wars Eclipse, the game was shown at The Game Awards in December 2021. But it's unlikely that it will be shown, because it's reported that the project in the Star Wars universe will be released in 2025. However, Henderson's sources say that the studio is working on two more games: Spellcaster and Dreamland.

Spellcaster is a new mobile game being developed by Quantic Dream in collaboration with Netease. The second game, Dreamland, is a heroic medieval fantasy game with humor that has been in development since 2015. It's more likely that the studio will want to introduce something more serious than a mobile game. That makes Dreamland the favorite to show at Gamescom 2022.
