Canadian streamer xQc lost 650 thousand dollars during the final match at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, between Argentina and France.

xQc bet 500 thousand dollars that France would win. In a tweet, the streamer wrote that it would be the easiest victory in his life. But when France lost 0-2, he decided to make a refund, but he was returned only 5 thousand dollars. Thus, he lost 495 thousand.

But the story doesn't end there. When Kylian Mbappe scored a double for Les Bleus and equalized the score, xQc again bet on France. However, it all ended in a penalty shootout, where Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, won and became the world champion.
