Samsung plans to add Galaxy AI functionality to the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra

Samsung earlier this year revealed its flagship Galaxy S24 line of smartphones with Galaxy AI features. After that, the company promised to add the innovations to last year's Galaxy S23 flagships. Now it has also been revealed that Galaxy AI could yet appear in the 2022 smartphones.

Here's What We Know

The information was shared by the President of Samsung's mobile division TM Roh. He said that the manufacturer is now looking for ways to add Galaxy AI features to older devices. For example, the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The main problem is that some Galaxy AI features work in the cloud and some work on the phone. In the second case, the gadget needs to have a modern processor. That's why the company is now looking to optimise the new features for older chips. Unfortunately, when exactly the innovations will appear in the Galaxy S22 is still unknown.
