The nominees for the DICE Professional Game Awards have been announced, with Astro Bot, Helldivers 2 and Indiana Jones claiming the most awards

The organisers of the annual professional gaming awards DICE Awards have published a list of contenders for the title of the best games of 2024 in twenty-two categories.

Here's What We Know

On the 13th of February the twenty-eighth DICE Awards ceremony will take place, the winners of which are determined by game industry experts, developers and profile journalists.

Five undoubted hits of the past year claim the main prize: cute platformer Astro Bot, card-based indie game Balatro, Chinese action game Black Myth: Wukong, co-op shooter Helldivers 2 and adventure game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Astro Bot, Helldivers 2 and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle received the most nominations, claiming six awards each. Balatro and Senua's Saga: Hellblade II have five nominations each.
