It's official: film company Lionsgate is working on John Wick 5, an animated prequel and spin-off about Blind Cain
At the CinemaCon event, the Lionsgate film company confirmed large-scale plans to expand the John Wick action film franchise and announced three projects at once.

The main news was the announcement of a full-fledged fifth part of John Wick, the main role in which will return inimitable Keanu Reeves, he will also become a producer and is involved in writing the script.
The film will be directed by Chad Stahelski and the production team will include Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee.
No word yet on the film's release date or plot details.
The second project on the universe will be an animated prequel, which will tell about the events of the first John Wick film and show how the famous assassin managed to destroy all his rivals in one night in the fight for Helen's heart. The main character will be voiced by the same Keanu Reeves.
In addition, it became known that in 2025 in Hong Kong will start shooting spin-off about the blind killer Cain, the role of which will again perform Donnie Yen, who will become the director of the film.
