The game director of two parts of Star Wars Jedi has headed the development of an action game based on the Dungeons & Dragons universe

Giant Skull, the studio founded by 2023 The game director of the Star Wars Jedi series and God of War 3 has founded Giant Skull Studios and is already working on an AAA project, has revealed the first details of its debut project.

Bloomberg: Star Wars Jedi series game director Stig Asmussen to leave Respawn Entertainment studio, the game industry veteran has signed a contract with Wizards of the Coast and is working on an ambitious fantasy single-player action game in the setting of the cult board game Dungeons Dragons.
Most likely, the authors will not become attached to the DD role-playing system, and use this franchise only as a basis for their own project.
Asmussen commented on the announcement thus:

For his part, Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro's president of video games, John Hight, has not hidden his optimism either:
