A scalpel, a lighter and strong hands didn't break the Nintendo Switch 2: blogger JerryRigEverything tested the new console for durability

Popular blogger JerryRigEverything is the only person in the world who, upon receiving a new gadget, doesn't admire it and immediately try it out, but takes screwdrivers, scalpels, lighters, keys and other handy objects and conducts ruthless durability tests.
Upon receiving his Nintendo Switch 2, JerryRigEverything immediately put it through its paces and revealed its strengths and weaknesses.
Here's What We Know
The Youtuber stated that in general, the Japanese company has provided buyers with an excellent gadget that can survive a lot.
He found out that the console screen is plastic and is easily damaged from metal objects, and even not sharp. Metal leaves marks and scratches, which are clearly visible during the use of the console and spoil the impression of the game. At the same time, touching plastic on the display leaves no marks.
And the console's screen passed the fire test with no visible damage (don't do it again!).
The Switch 2 body is quite strong, but it is better not to pick it with a scalpel - it leaves "scars" on the console body.
JerryRigEverything was particularly excited about the Joy-Con controllers: they are sturdy and reliable. The blogger made efforts to break or bend them, but the plastic and design features withstood everything, and magnetic mounts guarantee a tight fit to the console.
I had my doubts about the quality of Switch 2, but now I'm confident in its ability to withstand everyday life.
