The Chinese brand OnePlus, without prior announcements, added a page for the new flagship wearable device — OnePlus Watch 4, to its global website. The smartwatch features premium materials, a revamped software platform, and an impressive display brightness.

Titanium Aesthetics and Protection

The main distinction of the Watch 4 from its predecessors is the fully titanium case. The use of titanium alloy made the device 13% lighter (just 43 grams without the strap) and 6% thinner (11 mm).

The device is protected by the strictest standards: apart from the usual 5ATM and IP68, IP69 protection and military-grade MIL-STD-810H certification are claimed. The screen is covered with sapphire glass.

The watch is available in two colors: Midnight Titanium and Evergreen Titanium.

Unprecedented Brightness and Wear OS 6

The OnePlus Watch 4 is equipped with a 1.5” LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 466×466 pixels. Its peak brightness in automatic mode reaches 3000 nits, making information readable even under direct sunlight.

The novelty is one of the first watches on the market with pre-installed Wear OS 6 (OxygenOS Watch 8 shell). A key software innovation is the deep integration with Google's AI assistant Gemini, which allows performing complex tasks directly from the wrist, without taking out the smartphone.

Performance and Battery Life

Inside, the proven "dual-engine" architecture with the main Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 chipset and the energy-efficient BES2800 remains. The watch has 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, allowing you to save offline maps and music.

The battery capacity is 646 mAh and according to the manufacturer, this is enough for the following battery life:

  • up to five days in full "smart" mode;
  • up to 16 days in power-saving mode.
  • up to three days with maximum intensive use.

A full charge of the OnePlus Watch 4 takes about 75 minutes.

Health and Fitness

The watch features a Wellness Overview function that checks up to 9 indicators in one minute, including heart rate, blood oxygen level, skin temperature, and stress level. It also supports dual-band GPS (L1+L5) for accurate route tracking, over 100 sports modes, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, and NFC.

Price and Availability

Despite the full specification availability, OnePlus has not yet revealed the official cost and sales start date. It is expected that this information will appear soon along with the official press release.
