Motorola unveiled Edge 20, Edge 20 Lite and Edge 20 Pro smartphones in late July. The first two models got more advanced data privacy features and came in Business Edition modifications.
The manufacturer has added ThinkShield technology, which combines a set of hardware and software tools to protect smartphones from phishing, network attacks and malware. The company is partnering with Zimperium to enhance the effectiveness of this solution.
Motorola Edge 20 and Edge 20 Lite support PC connectivity via Ready For. This software allows access to smartphone files on a personal computer. The remote user can transfer data from PC to phone and vice versa.
New Business Edition runs the Android 11 operating system. Motorola promises two major updates, while OS security patches will be released within three years. The Android Enterprise certification is also worth noting.
Business Edition lineup is focused on corporate sales. Recall, the original Motorola Edge 20 and Edge 20 Lite are on sale from €500 and from €350 respectively.
