Realme GT Neo 2: Snapdragon 870 chip, 64 MP triple camera, 65W fast charging and price tag from $386
Realme company, as promised, held a presentation of smartphone Realme GT Neo 2 in China. The new product has received the top characteristics and a low price tag.
What is known
The device is the successor to the original Realme GT Neo, which was shown in May. The device is equipped with a 6.64-inch E4 AMOLED display by Samsung. The screen got an opening, FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, DC dimming feature and a peak brightness of 1300 nits. Under the hood of the device, they have installed a Snapdragon 870 processor. By the way, insiders reported that Realme is still to release a version of the smartphone with a chip MediaTek Dimensity 1200, but it was not shown. Perhaps the announcement will come later.
Realme GT Neo 2 comes with 8/12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The device also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging, a 64MP + 8MP (widescreen) + 2MP (depth sensor) triple main camera and a single 16MP front-facing camera. The smartphone gets under-screen fingerprint scanner, 5G support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and USB Type-C charging port.
Realme GT Neo 2 has already started selling in China with the following prices:
- Realme GT Neo 2 8/128GB - $386
- Realme GT Neo 2 8/256GB - $417
- Realme GT Neo 2 12/256GB - $463
The smartphone will be released in the global market a little later.
