One Android 12 feature is causing glitches in games on your smartphone

A bug has been discovered in the operating system Android 12, which may rue the nerves of users.

What's not

 right?

One of the most interesting innovations of Android 12 is the automatic wallpaper changer, which changes the color of the user interface and the desktop wallpaper in the background. But as it turns out, this feature has a side effect.

So, users have noticed that activating wallpaper changer causes crashes in games. Ordinary applications are not affected by this - only games. Problems occur in popular games like Wild Rift, Pokémon Go, Genshin Impact, Call of Duty: Mobile, PUBG Mobile, Minecraft etc.

This seems to happen because of the monet engine, which generates the color palette of the apps user interface with the system in mind. As a result  due to wallpaper changes in the background, the games stop and restart.

Unfortunately there is no solution to the problem yet. The only way out is to disable the feature and wait for Google to fix this bug. Thankfully, so far it has only affected Pixel smartphones.
