What is known
The smartphone received a Snapdragon 695 processor, not a Dimensity 810. The chip works in conjunction with 4-8 GB of RAM. All three modifications are equipped with a 128 GB drive. The battery capacity is 5000 mAh, and the fast charging power is 18 W.
The iQOO U5 has a 6.58 ”FHD + OLED panel, but the fingerprint reader has settled on the end. The refresh rate is 120 Hz. For selfies, a front-facing 8-MP module is used, while the resolution of the main camera was 50 MP + 2 MP.
The smartphone runs on the new iQOO UI 1.0 firmware. How it differs from the OriginOS Ocean shell is unknown. The software is built on Android 11 OS.
Prices
Vivo has not announced the cost of the new product. The start of sales of iQOO U5 is scheduled for December 24, 2021. The smartphone will be available to customers in the colors Magic Blue, Dark Black and Silver White. Also in the near future iQOO U5x 4G and 5G should see the light.
