We are talking about $683,000,000 worth of arms. This is the largest aid package that Sweden has handed over since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Chancellor Olaf Scholz recently announced that Germany will transfer a new military aid package worth 1.1bn euros to Ukraine. Now the country's government has shared more details about the package.

The new aid package included M113 armoured personnel carriers (two of them converted into ambulances), fire engines, snow removal vehicles, 2 light boats, electric generators, water purification units, and weapons for air defence and maritime operations.

It should still include training missiles, various equipment, spare parts, accessories, as well as technical and logistical support. The Netherlands is going to use AGM-158B JASSM-ER with F-35 Lightning II fighters.
NASAMS is a mobile surface-to-air missile system for destroying manoeuvring targets at low and medium altitudes. The system was developed in the early 1990s by the Norwegian company Kongsberg Defence with the participation of the American Raytheon.
The CRV7 (Canadian Rocket Vehicle 7) is a Canadian aircraft missile designed to attack ground targets. Due to its flexibility, it is mounted on helicopters and aeroplanes, providing high accuracy for long-range firing.

In return, the United Kingdom will send Ukraine more Storm Shadow cruise missiles, which the Ukrainian Armed Forces are already using with Su-24M bombers. Negotiations on the missile deliveries are still underway.
