POCO M4 Pro on Dimensity 700 tested in Geekbench 5

Two weeks ago we got the lastest information about POCO M4 Pro 5G. And now the smartphone unexpectedly passed the performance test in Geekbench 5.

What we know

The version with 8 GB of RAM was tested, the presence of which can be called a surprise, considering the fact that POCO M4 Pro 5G will be a mid-budget smartphone. Also the benchmark confirmed the operating system Android 11, but that's what few doubted.

Another surprise concerns the mobile processor. The model will be equipped with a single-crystal system MediaTek with the number MT6833P. Under it hides a 7-nanometer mobile chip Dimensity 700. It is this platform is installed in POCO M3 Pro 5G.

In the single-core test POCO M4 Pro 5G scored 603 points, and in Multi-Core mode it was awarded 1779 points by benchmark. These are typical figures for Dimensity 700 SoC. Also note that the smartphone was added to the TENAA database, which indicates that it will get 6.6-inch Full HD+ display, 4,900 mAh battery and will weigh 195 g. No announcement date has been specified yet.
