A re-release of two iconic Star Wars: Battlefront shooters for modern platforms has been announced

At the Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase, there was an unexpected announcement that will delight Star Wars fans, not only Switch console users, but other platforms as well.

Here's What We Know

Aspyr, the studio that recently released Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, has announced a re-release of the iconic online shooters Star Wars: Battlefront (2004) and Star Wars: Battlefront II (2005).

The developers have slightly improved graphics and compatibility with modern platforms. Players will have access to all content from both games, including both single-player story campaigns and online battles.

When We Can Expect It

Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection will release on 14 March 2024 on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox.

The developers are already offering to pre-order the game.
