The winners of the Steam Awards 2022 have been announced. Elden Ring was named the best game of the year by Steam users

Valve has announced the winners of its annual Steam Awards 2022 in 11 categories!

Quite predictably the best game of the year on Steam was Elden Ring - the game from FromSoftware was voted for by the majority of gamers. The same game also took the award in the "Best Game You Suck At" category.

Cyberpunk 2077 won for long-term developer support (Favorite Child).

Cats from Stray offered the most innovative gameplay according to users.
