Now we can say with certainty, that it is true.

The official Twitter account of The Crew published a succinct message: "TOMORROW at 18:00 CET/ 9AM PST.

What exactly will happen tomorrow - the developers didn't say, but it's very likely the presentation of the new part of The Crew, which is rumored to be subtitled Motorfest.
