Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn Of Ragnarök soundtrack Composer - Stephanie Economou, wins the first Grammy for Best Video Game Soundtrack

The Grammy Music Awards ceremony was held.

This year, for the first time, the American National Academy of Arts and Recording Arts established the category 'Best Soundtrack of a Video Game or Other Interactive Media'.

The first winner in this category was Stephanie Economou, who wrote the soundtrack for the standalone Dawn of Ragnarok add-on for Assassinʼs Creed Valhalla.

Her competitors in the Best Soundtrack category were:

• Aliens: Fireteam Elite, by composer Austin Wintory;
• Call of Duty: Vanguard, by Bear McCreary;
• Old World, by Christopher Chiyan Tin;
• Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, by Richard Jacques.
