Few doubted it, but now we know for sure: Ubisoft is working on at least one Far Cry game.

This is confirmed by an open vacancy for a production manager for an unannounced game in the Far Cry franchise on Ubisoft's website.

The specialist must have extensive team management experience and a bachelor's degree in business management.

The new hire will work for Ubisoft Toronto (developer of Far Cry 5 and 6, as well as Watch Dogs: Legion and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist).

Recall, earlier industry insider Tom Henderson said that the French publisher is developing two Far Cry games: the seventh game under the working title Project Blackbird and a separate multiplayer shooter Project Maverick.
