Konami has released the system requirements for the upcoming Silent Hill f game, which will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC, along with a trailer and plot details.

Ryukishi07, known for his work on the Higurashi When They Cry series of visual novels, shared his experience of working on the plot of the upcoming Silent Hill f game. He noted that he put so much effort into this project that he would not mind if it was the last thing he ever wrote.

After a long pause, Konami has presented a new trailer for Silent Hill f, which is part of the revival of the Silent Hill series. This project, developed by NeoBards Entertainment, takes players to the 1960s in rural Japan, which is a significant departure from the traditional American setting of the series.

While developing the remake of Resident Evil 2, released in 2019, Capcom paid attention to fan projects that sought to recreate the original 1998 game with improved graphics and modern gameplay. These unofficial initiatives demonstrated a strong community interest in an updated version of the classic horror, which was one of the factors that prompted Capcom to start official development of the remake.
