Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies are planning to create a sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Carnage, as well as a series that will combine these films

On 2 August, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon will premiere: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, which is a reboot of the franchise, and although the cartoon has not yet been released, Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies already have ambitious plans for new adventures of the turtles.

Here's What We Know

Paramount and Nickelodeon are working on a sequel to the cartoon, and to connect the two films, the studios will also make a two-season series called Tales of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which will be available on the Paramount+ streaming service.

The American film company Point Grey Pictures, which also created Mutant Ninja Turtles, will take on most of the sequel and series development responsibilities.

The cartoon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Wars tells the story of 4 turtle brothers: Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo, who have been hiding in the sewers of New York all their lives, but are tired of this life and want to feel what it is like to be real teenagers. But they will have to face a powerful army of mutants that will threaten the city. So now they have to do everything they can to defeat evil.
