The new product offers capacities ranging from 256GB to 1TB and boasts sequential read speeds of 4300MB/s and sequential write speeds of 4000MB/s. The chip is based on 232-layer 3D NAND technology. The new product was developed in the company's labs in the US, China and South Korea.
