Two Rockstar Games veterans are already known to have joined Absurd Ventures

We have already seen cases when big discounts help to bring back the popularity of a game. However, such stories most often occur with multiplayer games. For example, this year it happened with Titanfall 2 and Battlefiled 2042. But this scenario can also happen with story-driven projects.

On 8 November, Rockstar Games announced that it would show the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 in early December. This caused such a huge stir that the announcement became the most popular gaming tweet on Twitter.

The GTA 6 trailer will probably be shown at The Game Awards, as the ceremony will take place on 7 December.

According to Bloomberg, the game is set in a fictional version of Miami and has two main characters: a man and a woman.

Back in September, Insider Gaming, a portal that often shares true rumours, and one of the authors is a well-known insider Tom Henderson, released a publication explaining the whole situation around the GTA 6 rumours and why it is better not to believe them. The author, Grant Taylor-Hill, explained that the best thing to do in the situation with rumours about the new GTA is to stay calm and evaluate the news that gets into the information space. However, on 11 October, new rumours about GTA 6 began to spread, which unexpectedly turned out to be fake.

Some gamers born in the 2000s remember those carefree days when GTA 4 was waiting for us after school, and we, as Niko Belik, were looking for adventures in Liberty City and trying to build a new life for this character. Currently, Steam is offering a 70% discount on the full game.
