OnePlus Nord Buds 4 launch at $35 with 52dB ANC — beating pricier rivals
OnePlus has launched the Nord Buds 4 in India at ₹3,299 — roughly $35 — making them one of the cheapest earbuds to claim 52dB active noise cancellation. That ANC figure tops the Sony WF-1000XM5 (~40dB) and the AirPods Pro 2 (49dB), both of which cost several times more. A global rollout is expected within one to two months, per PhoneArena, though no US or UK pricing has been confirmed yet.
The specs
The Nord Buds 4 represent a significant step up from their predecessor. ANC depth jumps from 32dB on the Nord Buds 3 to 52dB here, confirms SoundGuys. Audio comes from 12mm titanium-coated dynamic drivers tuned for a fuller bass response. Six microphones — three per earbud — handle calls with AI Clear Call noise filtering rated for wind up to 25 km/h.

The Nord Buds 4 feature 6 microphones and AI Clear Call for wind-resistant voice clarity.
Battery life is a standout. The earbuds alone last 13 hours per charge; with the case, total playback reaches 54 hours (ANC off). Ten minutes of fast charging adds 11 hours. Bluetooth 6.1 handles the wireless connection, and gaming latency is rated at 47ms. OnePlus also includes 3D Spatial Audio support, though that feature is limited to compatible OnePlus and Oppo phones.
Each bud weighs 4.3g and the pair carries an IP55 rating — safe for sweat and rain. Both Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair are supported for quick device switching. The Nord Buds 4 come in two colors: Stellar Black and Astral Teal.
Availability
Sales opened June 29 in India only. No US or UK launch date has been announced. OnePlus currently sells the Nord Buds 3 Pro in the US at around $50 (discounted from an $80 MSRP), and the non-Nord Buds 4 at €99 in Europe — a different, pricier product. Whether the Nord Buds 4 arrives in the US or UK before a European variant is unclear.

At $35, the Nord Buds 4 would undercut virtually every competing earbud with comparable ANC specs. The real test will come when independent reviews verify those noise-cancellation numbers outside a spec sheet.
