Vivo, as promised, held an event in China today where it showed its new smartphone under the iQOO brand.
What is the new product
The device was named iQOO Z5. He became the successor to the iQOO Z3, which was released in March. The new product has received 6.67-inch screen with IPS-matrix. The panel has a resolution of FHD + and refresh rate of 120 Hz. Instead of a teardrop-shaped cutout, the device has been equipped with an opening. It has a 16 MP front camera.
Under the hood iQOO Z5 is working Snapdragon 778G processor. The chip is paired with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage. On the back of the device placed a triple camera with the main module Samsung GW3 at 64 MP. It is complemented by an 8 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro sensor. The novelty also gets a 5,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging, Android 11 operating system with Funtouch OS 12 branded shell, side scanner, stereo speakers and a 3.5mm jack.
iQOO Z5 will start selling in China on September 28. The new product will be released in colors White, Dark Blue, and Gradient Blue. The basic modification at 8/128 GB will cost $293. Medium 8/256GB will cost $324, and for the top 12/256GB model - $355.
