R.E.P.O. and Split Fiction are a big hit.
The release of Assassin's Creed Shadows was accompanied by heated discussions and criticism. The game came under fire for the inclusion of Yasuke in the game, the possibility of romantic relationships, and the vandalism of shrines. Ubisoft can celebrate - their new open-world action game, Assassin's Creed Shadows, has become the biggest physical release in the UK this year. The game confidently outsold Monster Hunter Wilds by the number of copies sold on physical media.
Assassin's Creed Shadows was released on 20 March 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The game is set in feudal Japan.
