Stars of the post-apocalypse: HBO MAX has revealed posters featuring the actors who play the main characters in The Last of Us TV adaptation
HBO MAX is actively preparing for the premiere of The Last of Us TV adaptation. After all, the first episodes of the series will be released on January 15, so it's time to warm up the interest of the audience. And now the company has published posters with the characters of the series on its Twitter.
Here's What We Know
The posters depict all the actors who played the main characters of the series. From Joel and Ellie to Bill and Tommy. They all could be seen in the first game, but now it's time to see the familiar characters on the TV screen. More details of the posters can be seen below:
Flashback
The Last of Us is a series of games from NaughtyDog. The first game was released in 2013, and in 2020 MetaCritic users voted it to be "the best game of the decade".
A TV adaptation of the game is currently in development. It is being developed by Neil Druckmann, the creative director of The Last of Us series of games, as an executive producer and co-writer of the TV show, and Craig Mazin, who directed the Chernobyl series for HBO, is also a writer and executive producer. The plot of the first season will tell the events of the first part of the game with a diverse expansion of the universe. The main roles were performed by Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey. They played Joel and Ellie.

The series will be released on January 15, 2023.
