Google Pixel 5a is known to overheat very quickly. And that would be OK, but because of this, the smartphone does not allow to shoot video. The tendency to overheat is manifested precisely when trying to record a video. Moreover, the model suffices even two minutes to "boil over".
The system displays a message asking the user to turn off the camera and let the device cool down. The problem is most often observed when shooting video in 4K ULTRA HD with a frame rate of 60 FPS. But sometimes the Google Pixel 5a won't even allow you to record 1080p videos at 30 FPS.
So far, there's no word on whether the malfunction is widespread. Google has not yet commented on the user reports in any way.
