WhatsApp will turn into a pumpkin on some Apple, Samsung and Huawei devices from November 1

WhatsApp, one of the world's most popular messengers used by hundreds of millions of people every day, will stop working on some older phones.

As of November 1, the app will stop working on some types of Android and iOS mobile phones, which will undoubtedly affect millions of people. The reason behind this move by WhatsApp is that these are older devices and their support requires huge resources.

WhatsApp has undergone a lot of changes in recent years and added new features that these phones do not support. In addition, there is a security issue: securing it on older devices is extremely challenging for a Facebook-owned app.
