Rumor: Motorola will release two flagships in December, one powered by Snapdragon 888+ chip and the other by Snapdragon 8 Gen1

Remember recently we wrote that Motorola is getting ready to release its flagship  Edge 30 Ultra (aka Moto Edge X for China)? Well it turns out the company is going to introduce another top-of-the-line novelty.

What is known

This was reported by insider Digital Chat Station on its page in Weibo. In contrast to the first model, the second will not run on the new processor Snapdragon 8 Gen1 (aka Snapdragon 898), but on the current version of Snapdragon 888 +. There are no other details about the device yet. Only known that the novelty will be inexpensive.

Recall that regarding Moto Edge 30 Ultra, it will be one of the first smartphones on the market with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chip. The device is credited with a 6.6-inch OLED screen at 144Hz, 8/12GB RAM, a 5000mAh battery with fast charging, and a 50MP + 50MP + 2MP camera.

Both new products are set to launch in December.
