A few days ago we wrote that Russia had begun using S-300 air defense missile systems to attack ground targets. Unfortunately, this was not the only incident.

What we know

On July 8 and 9, the Russian Federation once again shelled Mykolaiv and the surrounding area. According to Vitaly Kim, head of the Mykolaiv regional state administration, in the morning of July 9, the Russians fired six missiles with S-300 air defense systems at the city.

Operational Command South reported that on July 8 Russian occupants shelled residential buildings, a service station, warehouses, garages and a school building in three villages in Mykolaiv region. In all cases there were no casualties.

Meanwhile, the Russian army began to use not only ground-to-air missiles for S-300 with GPS-navigation to strike ground targets. The command stressed that the Russians used the anti-aircraft missile system, modernized to use explosive shells with increased shrapnel-effect.
