New report confirms Samsung completely shutdown Galaxy Note series for foldable smartphones

WITH more than a year has passed since the release of the last Galaxy Note, but v the network continues to persistently appear information about future series of smartphones. We have already heard about that Samsung is shutting down the Galaxy Note series, and fresh report from South Korea in once again confirms this.

According to ETNews, Samsung has completely stopped developing Galaxy Note smartphones and dropped the ruler from annual production plan for 2022 year. This seems to mean that the company is not just no will release new models, but and will stop producing old ones. By the way, the last one in series became the Galaxy Note 20 family.

Instead, the manufacturer will focus on folding devices, and giving up Galaxy Note will free up production capacity for upcoming Galaxy Zs Flip and Galaxy Z Fold.

A while some features of the Galaxy Note will be inherited by representatives of another flagship family - Galaxy S.
